Michael David Abbott was born October 5, 1955 in Michigan the son of the late Robert Joseph and Frances Hiller Abbott. He was united in marriage to Shirley Gambrell Abbott on May 2, 1979. He was a truck driver for many years and loved spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Abbott departed this life on October 15, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 66 Years, 10 Days.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years Shirley (Gambrell) Abbott, TN; a son, Michael David Gambrell and companion Regina Hancock all of WestPoint, TN; two daughters, Jennifer Fay Barrier of WestPoint, TN and Amanda Jean Murphy of Lawrenceburg, TN;
At his request his body will be cremated.
