Michael N. Brown

Michael N. Brown departed this life on Sunday, February 19, 2017, at the age of 71 years, 9 months, and 14 days. He was born on May 5, 1945, the son of the late Mildred Wottowa Brown and Pete Harding Brown. On May 29, 1966, he was united in marriage to Brenda Kay Brown, who preceded him in death on June 14, 1999. He was united in marriage to Joyce A. Ward on November 19, 1999, who survives.

Mike was self-employed in Commercial Real Estate and was a member of the Sharon Baptist Church. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was a very Godly man, caring and loving, and would help anyone that was in need.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Brown of Savannah, Tennessee; children, Stephen Blake Brown, Jeffrey Matthew Brown and his wife Sherry, and Angela Maegan Blount and her husband Chad; grandchildren, Gracee Elizabeth Brown, Madisyn Kay Brown, Kelsie Nichole Blount, and William Rylee Blount; and sisters, Marilyn Wheat and her husband Robert of Eufala, Alabama, and Susan Ann Brown and her husband Jack Adams of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife of 33 years, Brenda Kay Brown.
