Michael Billy Dingus

was born November 30, 1968 in Marion, IN to the union of Billy U. and Gail Lunsford Dingus, of Clifton, TN. Michael Dingus departed this life on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 49 Years, 11 Months, 27 Days.

He was united in marriage to Patricia Johnson on October, 25, 2013.

Michael was a computer electrician and a Veteran of the United States Army.

Other than his parents he is survived by his wife Patricia Dingus, son Michael Scott Dingus and wife Britin of Clifton, TN, daughter Beth Gonzales of Texas, step daughter, Beth Castillo and husband Ben of Nashville, TN., step son Shane Ellis Newman of South Carolina, grandchildren, Kingston Michael Dingus, Memphis Isaiah Lynn Dingus, Raelynn Gonzales and Jason Gonzales; step grand, Kelsey Ann Isbell; Riley Alexander Newbern; Jason Nathaniel Newbern; Jaden Tyler Newbern; great grandchild Sean Isbell; brother of the heart Jeff Dingus and wife Nicole of Indiana. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be held on December 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Jay Clanton officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens of Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of services.

Visitation with the Family will be Friday, November 30th from 5 PM to 7PM and on Saturday from 11 AM until 1 PM.
