Michael Keith Evans

Michael Keith Evans was born on November 30, 1969, the son of Evelyn Crowe Sweatt of Selmer and Dennis Evans of Henderson, Tennessee. He was a former employee of Aqua Glass Corporation in Adamsville, Tennessee.Keith passed from this life on Monday, September 14, 2009, at the age of 39 Years, 9 Months, and 15 Days.Other than his parents, Keith is also survived by a daughter, Holly Evans, and a son, Zach Evans, both of Adamsville; two half-sisters and two half-brothers.A host of other relatives and friends.
