He is survived by a daughter, Amanda Floyd of San Diego, California; sons, Josh Floyd of Adamsville, Tennessee and Chris Floyd of Iuka, Mississippi; 4 grandchildren; sister, Crystal Ayala of Arlington, Tennessee; and a brother, David Walsh of Arlington, Tennessee.
