He was born in Selmer, Tennessee on August 18, 1956, the son of the late Gib Boggs and Peggy Boggs Walsh. Michael Ray owned Mike's Heating and Air in Counce, Tennessee and was a well known musician.
He is survived by a daughter, Amanda Floyd of San Diego, California; sons, Josh Floyd of Adamsville, Tennessee and Chris Floyd of Iuka, Mississippi; 4 grandchildren; sister, Crystal Ayala of Arlington, Tennessee; and a brother, David Walsh of Arlington, Tennessee.
