Michael Willis Howell

MICHAEL WILLIS HOWELLwas born in Henderson County, Tennessee on September 10, 1942 the son of the late Benjamin Elijah and Bertha Mae Willis Howell.Mr. Howell was a computer programer. He was a United States Navy Veteran stationed in Japan from 1960 to 1962. Mr. Howell enjoyed watching basketball in his earlier years.Mr. Howell departed this life on October 20, 2011 at Decatur County Hospital at the age of 69 years, 1 month and 10 daysHe is survived by one son, Michael Brandon Howell of Savannah, Tennesseeone daughter, Lori White of New Hope, Alabama3 grandchildrenone sister-in-law, Irene Howell of Saltillo, Tennessee2 sisters, Ann Gass of Parsons, Tennessee and Sally Smith of Saltillo, Tennessee4 nephews, Sean Smith, Keith Smith, Larry Dennis and John Howell2 nieces, Susan White and Julie Fohnone great nephew, Scotty Dennis and 3 great nieces, Amanda Camper, Megan Haneline and Alora FohnIn addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Don Gilbert Howell
