Minnie Rae Adams

Minnie Rae Adamswas born in Tishomingo County, Mississippi on January 24, 1933 the daughter of the late George W. and Leanard Joslin McCain.On April 25, 1960 she was united in marriage to Parker Adams, who preceded her in death on June 20, 2007.Mrs. Adams retired from Kimberly Clark and had worked for Garan Manufacturing in Adamsville for over 20 years. She was a member of Pyburn Union Church.Mrs. Adams departed this life on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the age of 78 years, 24 days.She is survived by 2 sons, Jimmy P. Adams of Savannah, Tennessee and Stacy R. Adams of Pickwick, Tennessee; 3 grandchildren, Jon Adams, Riley Adams, and Whitney Adams; a great grandchild, Alex Adams; a brother, George O'Neal McCain of Counce, Tennessee; a sister, Ann Cotner of Shiloh, Tennessee.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Leller Mae David and nephew, Wayne Dixon.
