Minnie Viola Parker

Minnie Viola Parker was born February 17, 1936 in Amory, Mississippi the daughter of the late Walter Lee and Sarah Matilda Ann Gosa Outon.She was last united in marriage to Johnny Parker, who preceded her in death on January 6, 1991.Mrs. Parker was a retired production worker with Chester Manufacturing in Henderson and had previously worked with Senco Manufacturing in Cook County, Illinois. She was a member of the Liberty Non-Denominational Church at Forty Forks in Bethel Springs, Tennessee.Mrs. Parker departed this life on October 5, 2009 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 73 Years, 7 Months, 18 Days. She is survived by three daughters: Barbara Ann Pachel and husband Larry of Park Rapids, MN, Janice JoAnne Clements of La Mesa, CA, and Glinda R. Coates and husband David of Bethel Springs, TN; a step-daughter, Diane Fitzgerald; a step-son, Benny Parker; a sister, Pearl Clark of Amory, MS; 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by a step-son, Robert Parker; two sisters, Virgie Lindsey and Mary Jane McCollum; a brother, James Outon; and one grandchild.
