MURIEL FRANKS BRADLEY
Was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on February 16, 1921 the daughter of the late Ed Coleman and Ada Dodd Franks.
On December 28, 1947 she was united in marriage to John Q. Bradley, who preceded his wife in death on July 6, 1977.
Ms. Bradley retired from Hardin Medical Center where she was a Dietitian and Food Service Director. She was also Food Service Director for Jackson Madison County General Hospital and worked for Southwest Human Resource Agency where she was a Nutritionist. Ms. Bradley was a member of First United Methodist Church in Savannah and a member of the Hardin County Historical Society. She owned Tennessee Century Farm and Dodd Farm in Hardin County. She was a Natural Resource Conservationist with soil, water, wildlife, wildflowers and timber. Ms. Bradley owned and operated Spring Valley Farm, Hardin County Cattle, Timber, Hay and Grains. She was an avid restorer of family heirloom antiques. Ms. Bradley was a preservationist of old log barns and farm buildings. She also loved to travel.
Ms. Bradley departed this life on March 20, 2012 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 91 years, 1 month and 4 days.
She is survived by one daughter, Jane Ann Bradley -Lane and husband Clyde of Milan, Tennessee
3 sons, John F. Bradley and wife Debra Ann of Collierville, Tennessee, Emory H. Bradley and wife Melinda of Paris, Tennessee and Ed Bradley and wife Tina of Williamston, Michigan
13 grandchildren, Jeremy Bradley, Ross Bradley, Wes Bradley, Susan Lane-Floyd, Tim Raymon, Kristen Bradley, Preston Bradley, Hudson Bradley, David Lane, Krysten Raymond, Spenser Bradley, Coleman Bradley and Walker Bradley
9 great grandchildren, Clark Bradley, Claire Bradley, Brooke Raymond, Laren Raymond, Reese Bradley, Waytt Bradley, Sam Raymon, Melanie Floyd and Naomi Floyd
In addition to her parents and her husband of 23 years and father of her children, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Nancy Elaine Bradley, one sister, Mabel Franks Ring and one brother, Hardin Franks
