Myrtle departed this life on May 1, 2024 at the age of 90 years, and 14 days.
Myrtle Lois was retired from Savannah Manufacturing in Savannah, Tennessee. She loved her Lord and was a faithful member of Mount Hermon Baptist Church. As a Christian her main goal for her family and friends can be stated by, 1 Corinthians 15:3 "For I passed on to you as most important what I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures".
Her desire was that all her family and friends along with all she came in contact with knew Christ as their savior. She accomplished her witness by her many talents, sewing, cooking, and most of all just being a loving mother and friend. This world is a better place for the life of this Servant of God.
She is survived by her children, Ronald G. Bain (Beth) and Rebecca L. Bain; grandson, Brian Davis; and great granddaughter, Zoey Sparks.
She leaves behind a host of family and friends. Memorial donations can be made to Mount Hermon Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents and husband, Myrtle was preceded in death by her sisters, Irene E. Clement and Jewel Rhodes; and brothers, JB Hamm and William Robert Hamm.
