Nadine Dodd Kennedy Armstrong

Nadine Dodd Kennedy Armstrong of Loretto, TN was born December 14, 1949 in Clifton, TN, the daughter of the late Ellis Ross and Wylomae Cummings Dodd. Ms Armstrong had worked at Morgan Lumber Company and as a furniture finisher at El Rancho Furniture Company and was a member of Apostolic Life and had previously lived in Cypress Inn, TN.

She departed this life on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 66 Years, 4 Months, 27 Days.

She is survived by a son, Eric Shane Armstrong and wife, Melissa of Murfreesboro, TN; a daughter, Jana Balentine of Killen, AL; grandchildren, Delaney Balentine, Hunter Armstrong and Teagan Armstrong; a brother, Ellis Ray Dodd and a sister, Josephine Dodd Dickey both of Lutts, TN.

In addition to her parents, Ms Armstrong was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Gresham.

Services will be Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee with Nolan Burns officiating. Burial will follow in the Susan Moore Cemetery, Lutts, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Sunday, May 15, 2016 from 10 am to service time at the funeral home.
