Nancy Pauline Hensley

Nancy Pauline Franks Hensley of Cypress Inn, TN was born November 5, 1943 in Lutts, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Kermit Roosevelt and Ora Jean Johnson Franks. She was united in marriage to Charles Ray Hensley Sr. and he preceded her in death on November 10, 2009. Mrs. Hensley was a homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.Mrs. Hensley departed this life on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at her home in Cypress Inn, Tennessee at the age of 67 Years, 4 Months, 7 Days after an extended illness.She is survived by a son, Charles Ray Hensley Jr. and wife, Kristen of Cypress Inn, TN; two daughters, Vicky Darlene Gulley of Cypress Inn, TN and Lisa Ann Haygood and husband, Alan of Iron City, TN; grandchildren, Ashley Creecy, McKaylin Hensley, Quniton Keeton, Chelsey Hensley, Charles Ray Hensley, III, and Christopher Hensley; great-grandchild, Jackson Creecy; a brother, Willie Ray Franks of Jacksonville, FL; nieces and nephews.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Hensley was preceded in death by a brother, Stanley Dee Franks. Services will be held on Monday, March 14, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Macedonia Cemetery, Middle Butler Road, Iron City, Tennessee, with Mark Bowen officiating. Burial will follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors directing. Visitation will be from 12:30 pm until service time at the gravesite.
