Nettie Louise Brown

Nettie Louise Brown of Selmer, TN departed this life on July 6, 2015 in Jackson, TN at the age of 85 Years, 7 Months, 27 Days. She was born on November 9, 1929 in Selmer the daughter of the late Johnny and Lena Holmes Huggins.

She was united in marriage to Arnold E. Brown. Mr. Brown preceded her in death on January 3, 2000.

Mrs. Brown was a member of Pleasant Site Baptist Church and previously attended Union Grove Methodist Church. She was a Store Manager of the former Ben Franklin Store in Selmer.

She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Yarbrough and husband John of Jackson, TN; a son, Terry Brown and wife Anita of Selmer, TN; three grandchildren, Patrick Yarbrough and wife Holly, Julie Terrell and husband Don, Jennifer Timbes and husband Chad; five great grandchildren; a brother, Wendell Huggins and wife Betty and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by a grandchild, Jason Brown.
