Neva Sue Delaney

Neva Sue Adams Delaneywas born in Decatur County, Tennessee on August 28, 1929 the daughter of the late James Curt and Bessie Mae Kincannon Adams.On August 31, 1957 she was united in marriage to William H. (Harold) Delaney, who preceded his wife on August 5, 2004.Mrs. Delaney had been a long time employee of H.I.S. in Saltillo, Tennessee and a member of the Corinth Methodist Church in Liberty, Tennessee. She was a loving mother and grandmother.Mrs. Delaney departed this life at her home on Friday, July 30, 2010 at the age of 80 years, 11 months, 2 days.She is survived by 2 sons, James Ray Moody of Iberia, Missouri and Jerry Wayne Moody of Covington, Tennessee; 2 daughters, Debbie Little of Saltillo, Tennessee and Missy Spellings of Darden, Tennessee; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister, Nell Majors of Bath Springs, Tennessee.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Mary Lou Singleton and Ruth Eason; 4 brothers, Clyde, James Odell, Edward, and Claude Adams.
