Noel Ray Scott was born April 27, 1938 in Kendrick, MS the son of the late James Ardell and Eva Pauline Barnes Scott.
He was united in marriage to Sandra Richard on September 1, 1956.
Mr. Scott was a carpenter and a retired minister, having been the pastor of nine churches throughout Tennessee. He attended the Church of God of Prophesy in Adamsville, TN. Some of his favorite pastimes were wood working, fishing, gardening, reading, studying his Bible, and spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Scott departed this life on October 3, 2012 at his home at the age of 74 Years, 5 Months, 7 Days. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sandra (Richard) Scott of Ramer, TN; three daughters, Melinda Whirley of Ramer, TN, Marie Fulcher of Ramer, TN, and Joyce Simpson and husband Todd of Selmer, TN; two sons, Richard Scott of Butler, TN and John David Scott of Ramer, TN; six grandchildren: Jessica Wyte and husband Charlie of Ramer, TN, Sean Moore of Ramer, TN, Tiffany Fulcher of Ramer, TN, April (Scott) Chapman of Elizabethton, TN, Tilghman (T. J.) Fulcher of Ramer, TN, and Logan Simpson of Selmer, TN; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters: Dean Sims, Irene McDougal, and Conella Elders, all of Michie, TN; three brothers: Deward Scott of WI, Ardell Scott, Jr. of Selmer, TN, and Bob Scott of Michie, TN; and many extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Scott was preceded in death by three brothers: William Scott, Joe Scott, and Roger Scott.
