NORMA JEAN BAILEYwas born in Reagan, Tennessee on January 26, 1928 the daughter of the late Aulsie W. and Eula Hester Sergerson Rogers.Ms. Bailey was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lexington, Tennessee and she was a member of the Eastern Star. Ms. Bailey was an animal advocate.She departed this life on May 21, 2010 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 82 years, 3 months and 25 days.Ms. Bailey is survived by 2 daughters, Vickie Blount of Savannah, Tennessee and Wanda Lewis of Marietta, Georgia2 grandchildren, Jennifer Priestly and Jill Blount-Clark2 great grandchildren, Chapman and Kate Priestlyone brother, Aulsie W. Rogers, Jr. of Athens, Tennessee
