Norman Brooks

Norman Brooks was born February 19, 1937 in Hornsby, TN the son of the late James Elmo and Toka McCalip Brooks.
Mr. Brooks worked for Sears for over 35 years as store manager in Memphis, Tennessee. After he retired, he moved back to the Leapwood Community of McNairy County.
Mr. Brooks departed this life on March 30, 2020 in Germantown, Tennessee at the age of 83 Years, 1 Month, 11 Days. He is survived by two sons, Chris Brooks of Memphis, TN, Kerry Brooks of San Diego, CA; a daughter, Denise Wolf of Memphis, TN; five grandchildren, Haley Wolf, Christopher Brooks Jr., Grayson Brooks, Tyler Brooks, Bradley Brooks; three great grandchildren, Tony Cardwell, Ezekiel Cardwell, Bronson Cardwell; nieces, Sherry and husband Russ and Charlotte and husband Harold; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Brooks was preceded in death by a sister, Bobbie Tidwell.
IN RESPONSE TO CURRENT EXECUTIVE ORDERS PROHIBITING PERSONS IN TENNESSEE FROM ATTENDING VISITATIONS, FUNERALS, OR MEMORIAL SERVICES CONSISTING OF 10 OR MORE PEOPLE, THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VISITATIONS OR SERVICES ANNOUNCED UNTIL THE ORDERS EXPIRE.
