Norman Heard

Norman Heard of Collinwood, TN was born August 9, 1934 in Wayne Co., Tennessee, the son of the late Alonzo Allen and Nipsey Katherine White Heard. Mr. Heard was a retired maintenance worker with Sunbeam Bakery, was a member of the Bakery and Confectionary Union, and was a member of the Collinwood Church of God in Collinwood, Tennessee.Mr. Heard departed this life on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at his home in Collinwood, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 9 Months, 15 Days.He is survived by daughters, Cindy Heard of Collinwood, TN, Tonya Nicholson of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Michael Shane Kelley, Alishia Michelle Logan, Candice Nicholson, Kate Nicholson, Hayley Nicholson; a great-grandchild, Brayden Rhiley Nicholson; a brother, Gene Heard of Greenbrier, TN; several nieces and nephews.Memorial services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Cromwell Crossroads Church, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Chad Balentine officiating. At his request, his body will be cremated.
