Norman Leonard Moore

Norman Leonard Moore was born December 23, 1942 in Detroit, MI, the son of the late Louie and Rosemary Moore. He was united in marriage to Shirley Jean Lovelace on June 13, 1964 and she in death on January 31, 2004. Mr. Moore was a fork lift operator in the automotive industry and served in the United States Army.

Mr. Moore departed this life on August 27, 2018 at his daughter's home in Iron City, TN at the age of 75 Years, 8 Months, 4 Days.

He is survived by sons, Leslie N. Moore and wife, Janet of Columbia, TN, Norman K. Moore and wife, Mae of Lake Orion, MI; daughters, Jennifer S. Maxwell and husband, Tom of Columbiaville, MI, Anita M. Garlock of Orlando, FL and Juanita L. Earley and husband, Roger of Iron City, TN; grandchildren, Gary, Jason, Erik, Anthony, James, Michael and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Callipoe, Matthew, Maxwell, Benson, Kevin, Lilian and Emma.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Moore was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Moore.

A graveside service will be Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Gallaher Cemetery, 918 Factory Creek Road, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.

The family will greet friends at the gravesite from 12:30 pm until the service time.
