Norman H. Shelton

Norman H. Shelton was born August 13, 1957 in Lake County, Tennessee the son of Dorothy Elizabeth Jones Shelton and the late Manuel Ralph Shelton.He was united in marriage to Tarecia Finley on February 17, 1978.Mr. Shelton was a graduate of McNairy Central High School in Selmer. He was a millwright by trade, a member of the Pine Hill Assembly, and enjoyed hunting and fishing in his leisure time. Mr. Shelton departed this life on May 18, 2011 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 53 Years, 9 Months, 5 Days. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Tarecia Shelton of Finger, TN; three daughters: Cassie Hostetler and husband Matthew of Finger, TN, Wendy Shelton of Henderson, TN, and Sarah Shelton and companion Matthew Simmons of Whiteville, TN; four grandchildren: Rose Hostetler, Aaron Hostetler, Amelia Hostetler, and Clayton Simmons; a sister, Laura Bloechl and husband Mike of Finger, TN; a brother, Eugene Shelton of Stantonville, TN; and many extended family and friends.
