Odis Leon Brison

Mr.Odis Leon Brison departed this life on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Maury Regional in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 70 Years, 10 Months, 12 Days. He was born January 20, 1945 in Wayne County, TN the son of the late George Odis and Nellie Loudean Mathis Brison.

Mr. Brison was a factory worker and served his country in the United States Army and received a purple heart during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by a daughter, Pamela Franks of Iron City, TN; grandchildren; Tommy Quinter of Waynesboro, TN; Jessica Quinter of Lawrenceburg, TN; a brother, Charles Allen Brison of Waynesboro, TN; two sisters, Shelby Cotham of Linden, TN, Carolyn Brown of Waynesboro, TN; nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Ken Littrell officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in the Ary Cemetery, Perry County, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 6:30 pm to 9 pm and Friday, December 4, 2015 from 9 am until service time at the funeral home.
