Opal King

Mrs. King was born March 21, 1916 the daughter of the late James Wesley and Sarah Margaret Roby Hearn. She retired from the State as a Fire Tower Look out in 1978. She was a member of the Deanburg Baptist Church. Mrs. King enjoyed reading, gardening and before his death fishing with her husband.She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde E. King, a daughter Opal June Taylor, wife of Bobby Taylor and a granddaughter Sherry Renee Holder Hunt wife of Steve Hunt and Mother of Colton Hunt, a brother, Algie Hearn and a sister Edith Harris. She is survived by a son Walter L. King (Betty) of Whitehouse, TN a daughter Glenda Jean Holder (Joe) of Jackson. Grandchildren, Gary King (Pat) of Nashville, Sheila Ivey (Roger) of Beech Bluff, Star Borham (Kelly) of Henderson Tim Holder (Alicia) of Henderson, Penny Fitzgerald (Ricky) of Whitehouse, TN; Great Grand-children, Carrie Ivey, and Colton Hunt of Jackson, Bayley and Hanna Holder, Nickie and Dillon Borham of Henderson, Sarah and Mary King of Whitehouse, Erin and Davis King of Nashville and a special friend and caregiver, Imogene Hearn.
