Osler Paul M. Ocampo, MD was born June 29, 1968 in Isabela, Philippines, the son of Orlando A. and Aniceta Mirenda Ocampo of the Philippines, who survive. Dr. Ocampo was a physician with Maury Regional Hospital and worked at Hall Medical Center in Waynesboro, TN.He departed this life on December 11, 2008 in an automobile accident on the Natchez Trace Parkway near Gordonsburg, Tennessee at the age of 40 Years, 5 Months, 12 Days.Other than his parents, he is survived by his twin brother, Oliver Peter M. Ocampo of the Philippines; five sisters, Estrellita O. Achacoso of Rockville, MD, Flordeliza M. Ocampo-Nietes, Jesusa O. Reyes, Julieta M. Ocampo, Juana Janet M. Ocampo, all of the Philippines. Services will be held on December 13, 2008 at 7:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro, TN in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Lea Thornton and Marvin Champion officiating. Burial will follow in the Isabela, Philippines at a later day.
