Otis Dearmond

Otis Dearmond was born on May 23, 1948 in Beaumont, Kentucky, the son of the late Dan and Reathel Mae Markwell Dearmond.

On October 19, 1972, he was united in marriage to Robbie Diane Garrard, who preceded her husband in death on July 13, 2016.

Mr. Dearmond worked as a over the road truck driver for more than 30 years. He liked to go fishing and visit flea markets and antique shops.

Otis Dearmond departed this life on August 5, 2026 in Jackson, Tennessee, at the age of 78 years, 2 months, and 13 days.

He is survived by his daughter, Theresa Millen; son, Tom Dearmond; sisters, Darlene and Joyce; 6 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, Otis was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Dearmond (Miriam).
