Ottis James Fowler

Ottis James Fowler was born October 14, 1951 in Huron, California the son of Dorothy Redman Fowler and the late Arthur Fowler.He was united in marriage to Joyce McCain on July 17, 1970.Mr. Fowler was a member of the Emmanuel Tabernacle Church in Stantonville, Tennessee. He also enjoyed fishing. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he obtained the rank of Sergeant.Mr. Fowler departed this life on May 2, 2011 in Morris Chapel, Tennessee at the age of 59 Years, 6 Months, 18 Days. He is survived by his wife Joyce (McCain) Fowler of Morris Chapel , TN; two daughters, Deloria Bartlett and husband Skip of Selmer, TN, and Renee Stepp and husband Billy of Selmer, TN; a son, James Fowler and wife Annie of Escondido, CA; mother, Dorothy Redman Fowler of Adamsville; five grandchildren, Whitney Elliott, Austin Stepp, Caylee Stepp, Taylor Fowler, and Isabella Fowler; and a sister, Ada Swanson of Temecula, CA.In addition to his father, Mr. Fowler was preceded in death by a grandchild, Justin Elliott; and a sister, Jan Card.
