Born on September 10, 1950, in New Jersey, Pam dedicated much of her life to serving others, culminating in a distinguished career with the Pasco Sheriff Department from which she retired with honor.

Throughout her career, Pam embodied a steadfast commitment to justice and public safety, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and community members alike. Her work was marked by integrity and compassion, qualities that she carried into every aspect of her life.

Pam's personal life was rich with love and family. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Bobby Lightfoot, who stood by her side through life's many chapters. She also leaves behind her mother, Carolyn Thomas Morris, whose nurturing spirit undoubtedly influenced Pam's own strength and kindness. Pam’s brothers and sons were important parts of her life; she is survived by her brother, Kim Morris, and her sons Brian Gaddis and Timothy Gaddis.

While her loss is deeply felt by those who knew her, Pam’s memory endures through the lives she touched. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Morris, Jr., and her children Robert Gaddis, Matthew Gaddis, and Kelly Porterfield, who remain forever in her heart.
