Patricia Lynn Cook Qualls was born on June 26, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Arthur Joseph and Eleanor Charlotte Mooreman Cook. On November 24, 1970, she was united in marriage to Jimmy Thomas Qualls, who survives.
Mrs. Qualls worked as a manager at ATAPCO. She was an avid reader and computer game player and loved to play BINGO and dice. She loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren, and always enjoyed the time she spent with them. Patricia was a prankster and loved to laugh. She will be remembered by her outgoing personality.
Patricia Qualls departed this life on June 1, 2016 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 63 years, 11 months, 6 days.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jimmy Qualls of Savannah, Tennessee; 4 daughters, Paula Louise Shew and her husband Daniel, of Chicago, Illinois, Linda Lynn Devenney and her husband WIlliam, of Chicago, Illinois, Charlotte Mary Qualls of Indiana, and Patricia Ann Johnson and her husband Darrell, of Savannah, Tennessee; 13 grandchildren, Jimmy Qualls and his wife Elise, Jacqueline Klablish, Holly Shew, Samantha Devenney, Thomas Devenney, Patrick Qualls, Shelby Qualls, Ryan Shew, Michael Devenney, Natasha Qualls, Kolton Johnson, Allison Johnson, and Nicholas Devenney; and 2 great-grandchildren, Alexander Lopez and Emily Shew.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Arthur James Cook, and sister, Catherine Mary Otero.
