Patsy Ann Choate

Patsy Ann Choate departed this life Sunday, December 6, 2020, at the age of 78 years, 5 months, and 20 days. She was born in Savannah, Tennessee on June 16, 1942, the daughter of the late Lawson and Zubie Austin Tidwell. On July 23, 1963, she was united in marriage to Morris Choate, who preceded her in death on September 23, 2020.

Patsy was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee. She enjoyed floral arranging, growing plants and flowers, shopping, and watching her grandkids.

Patsy is survived by her children, Tammy Bishop and her husband Greg, Phillip Mowdy and his wife Glenda, and Angie Lunsford and her husband Steve; grandchildren, Keith Mowdy, Michael Mowdy, Corey Jennings, Jacob Lunsford, and Andy Lunsford; and a host of great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Patsy was preceded in death by her children, Bryan Choate and Mayce Choate, and six siblings.
