Patsy Taylor Headings

Death: Dec. 21, 2015 Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee USA


Patsy was the oldest child born to Thomas and Margaret Rushing Maness. She was born in

Hardin County, in the Hurricane Community. She attended elementary school at Leapwood

and Enville, Tennessee. She graduated from Chester County High School in 1967. Patsy was

retired from Johnson Control in Lexington, Tennessee, where she worked for many years.


Patsy's hobbies were sewing and quilting. She also was a Pentecostal in faith, and played

her guitar and sang in church. Patsy had a kind and generous heart, especially to her

family.


She is survived by her mother, Margaret Maness, her children, LaRhonda Pickett (Michael),

and Johnny Trent Page (Kim). Patsy also is survived by seven grandchildren, and four great

grand-children. She is also survived by her husband, Clifford Headings. She also leaves to

cherish her memory her sisters and brothers, Judy Maness Jones, Lorene Smith (James),

Irene Rinks, Linda Johnson (Danny), Kay Maness, Nancy Robertson (Ricky), Treva Gitchell

(Barry) Ronald Maness, Ricky Maness, Roger Maness, Ginger Elder (Ricky) Lisa Maness,

Danny Maness (Mary) Luke Maness(Jessica) and Tomesa Rogers (Wesley) and large number

of other relatives.


She was preceeded in death by her father, Thomas Maness, a sister, Mary Sue Roberts, a

brother, Donnie Ray Maness, and her first husband, Donald Taylor.


Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Casey Chapel

with Rev. Ricky Stone officiating and burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery at Enville.
