Patsy Wheeler

Mrs. Wheeler passed away Friday morning, June 29, 2012, at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was born in Hardeman County and lived all her life here. Her parents were Lela Mae Adams Cox and Coy Monroe Cox. She graduated from Bolivar Central High School, with honors, and on April 27, 1947, she married Mr. Joseph E. Wheeler. Mr. Wheeler died August 5, 2004 after 57 years of marriage. Mrs. Wheeler, along with her husband, was owner/operator of Wheeler Radio and T. V. for over 50 years. Mrs. Wheeler was a Baptist in belief.
She leaves as her survivors, three sons, Joe Wheeler of Decatur, AL, Johnny Wheeler and Charles Wheeler, both of Bolivar; one sister, Mary Vaughan of Bolivar; and four grandchildren, Ryan Wheeler of Bolivar, William Wheeler of Knoxville, Ben Wheeler of Nashville and Jessica Wheeler Schultz of New York, NY.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Wheeler; brothers, Ronnie and Ricky Cox; a sister, Dorothy Cox Robley; her mother, Lela, and father, Coy Cox.
