Paul Jerrolds

Paul Jerroldswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on June 4, 1915 the son of the late William T. and Katie Cordellia Neill Jerrolds.Mr. Jerrolds was self-employed as a Livestock Dealer. He had also worked as a Sawmill Operator, School Bus Driver, and as a Foreman for the Hardin County Highway Department. He enjoyed playing checkers and singing. He was a member of the Turkey Creek Union Church and served as Superintendent for many years.Mr. Jerrolds departed this life on Monday, February 8th, 2010 at the age of 94 years, 8 months, 4 days.He is survived by 2 sons, Wayne and Bobby Jerrolds both of Savannah, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren, Ricky Jerrolds, Angie Barnhill, Sadonnah Gant, Cregg Jerrolds, Jennifer Davis, and Paula Jerrolds; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; a sister, Katie Franks, of Savannah, Tennessee; a half sister, Ruth Ann Jerrolds of Savannah, Tennessee; a half brother, Louis Jerrolds of Savannah, Tennessee.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Gray Jerrolds on October 5th, 2002; 2 sons, Kenneth and Larry H. Jerrolds; 3 brothers, Bob, Tone, and Streetie Jerrolds; 3 half brothers, Arvil, Morris T., and Tommy Jerrolds; a half sister, Wilma Wilkerson.
