Paul Pulliam, born on September 18, 1964, in Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on April 15, 2024, in Saulsbury, Tennessee. He was a talented individual known for his diverse career as a self-employed painter before dedicating the last decade to working at the shipping dock for FedEx. Additionally, Paul shared his musical gifts with the world as a part-time musician and singer.
One of Paul's proudest accomplishments was his passion for playing golf and creating beautiful music on his guitar. His dedication to these arts brought joy to those around him and left a lasting impact on many. He grew up in Memphis and Harmontown, MS and later moved to Walnut, MS before living in Memphis while he worked at FedEx. He had lived in Saulsbury since 2013.
Paul Pulliam is preceded in death by his father, Philip Wayne Pulliam, his mother, Dolly Alice Rogers Pulliam Merryman and his brother, Cliff Pulliam. His surviving family includes Guy Pulliam and Pattie of Olive Branch, MS (brother and sister-in-law); Matt, Parker, Luke, Landry and Cliff Pulliam & his wife Taylor (nephews); Cliff Pulliam Jr. (great-nephew); and Lisa Pulliam of Galveston, TX (sister-in-law).
In all aspects of life - from work to music to family - Paul brought dedication and passion that will always be cherished by those who knew him. Memorial donations in his honor may be sent to Pocahontas First Baptist Church or Harmony Baptist Church in Walnut, MS.
