Pauline Holmes

Jacks Creek: Reba Pauline Hart Holmes, age 82, died August 10, 2009 at Chester County Healthcare.She was born in Henderson County, the daughter of the late Artie and Minnie Neisler Hart. She was reared in the Center Point Community of Chester County. She attended school at Center Point. She worked at Salant and Salant Mfg. from 1947 until 1967. She was married to Curtis Holmes in 1972 and they made their home at Jacks Creek. Mr. Holmes died in 1987. She continued to make her home at Jacks Creek until 2006 when she moved to Chester County Healthcare. She was a member of the Old Path Baptist Church.She is survived by a daughter; Mary Lou Kyle of Lexington and a sister, Betty Roach of Enville.She was preceded in death by a grandson, Berek Kyle; two brothers, Thomas Hart and Luther Hart and three sisters, Thelma Tucker Watkins, Lela Dickson and Annie Kelley.
