PEARLIE KATHERINE THOMAS BREWER

Devoted mother, grandmother and sister.

It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Pearlie K. Brewer on May 24, 2026, at her home in Henderson.

Pearlie was born on March 17, 1944, in Jonesville, VA to the late Tyler L. and Feba Faye Thomas.

She enjoyed making candy, crafts, thrifting and yard sales always looking for a bargain, most of all she loved making people smile, giving kind words of encouragement, small gifts or whatever would bring a smile to your face and definitely family gatherings.

She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Tyree and Pamela Brewer, a grandson, Justin Tyree (Felicia) of Jackson, TN and four great grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth Palmer Thomas and Berry Thomas (Virginia) and other extended family members.

She was preceded by her husband, Robert W. Brewer (4/2000), a daughter, Karen K. Brewer (5/2015) and ten brothers and sisters.

A celebration of life will be held in the fall of 2026 (to be announced).

Services will be held in Jonesville, VA, at Middleton Cemetery.
