Peggy was a homemaker and had lived in Phoenix, Arizona for about 38 years in addition to Hardin County, Tennessee. She loved word search puzzles and all kinds of games.
She is survived by her sons, Arthur Edwards of Savannah, Tennessee, Tom White of Savannah, Tennessee and Raymond Garfield Edwards of Phoenix, Arizona; a grandchild, Raymond Garfield Edwards, Jr.; sisters, Bessie Smith and Jeannie Mitchell both of Savannah, Tennessee, Gladys Winslow of Jackson, Tennessee, and Reba Moore of Savannah, Tennessee; brothers, Clinton Benson, Stanley Benson, and Jerry Benson all of Savannah, Tennessee;.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Garfield Edwards, sisters, Dessie Smith and Ruby Stark; brothers, Calvin Benson and Willard Benson.
