Peggy Quintal

Margaret Pope (Peggy) Quintal was born November 8, 1932 in Waynesboro, TN the daughter of the late William Thomas and Ethel Pitts Pope. She died Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at Bailey Manor in Winchester, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 6 Months, 14 Days. She was preceded in death by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Phyllis Daniel.



Mrs. Quintal, formerly of Nashville, Tennessee, was a member of Glenncliff Methodist Church for over 30 years. She was dearly loved by friends and co-workers of Nashville Machine Company where she was employed as executive secretary for over 35 years.



She is survived by two sons, Wayne Daniel and wife Debbie of Winchester, TN; Scott Quintal and wife Sherry of Smyrna, TN;

eight grandchildren, Lesli Daniel Parson, Kevin Daniel, Chris Daniel, Shawna Daniel Dobbins, Shaine Daniel, Grant Quintal, Dylan Quintal, and Sara Quintal; ten great-grandchildren; a brother, T. R. Pope of Ft. Myers, FL; a sister, Marie Pope Brooks of Orange Park, FL. She has many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews of Wayne County and Northern Alabama.



Services will be Friday, May 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Waynesboro. Burial will follow in the Phillips Cemetery near Waynesboro with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
