Services for Perry Webster Bradford of Waynesboro will be Sunday, March 6, 2011 at 5:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Waynesboro with Rod Littrell officiating. His remains will be returned to Florida for services and burial in Bethlehem Cemetery near Mulberry, Florida.
Mr. Bradford was born December 16, 1945 in Plant City, Florida the son of the late Herman Estel and Opal Roberts Bradford. In addition to his parents, Mr. Bradford was preceded in death by a son, Perry Webster (P.J.) Bradford Jr. Mr. Bradford died Thursday, March 3, 2011at his home near Waynesboro at the age of 65 Years, 2 Months, 15 Days. Mr. Bradford, a member of the Masonic Lodge in Mulberry, Florida, had worked as a electrical lineman recently at Nashville Electric Service and formerly City of Lakeland in Lakeland, Florida. He was a Viet-Nam veteran serving in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by a son, Jason Paul Bradford and fiance Michele Mitchell of Waynesboro, TN; two daughters, Kathryn (Casey) Staggs and husband Justin of Waynesboro, TN, and Kerri Danielle Townsend of Groveland, FL;
seven grandchildren, Jessica, Josh, Jami, and Dystiny Harden, Jonatha and Michia Bradford, and Lilly Staggs; two sisters, Barbara Ann Pollock and Jean Simmons both of Plant City, FL.
