PHILLIP FRANKS
was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on August 25, 1973 the son of the late Herman Lee and Frances Sue Foust Franks.
Phillip worked in maintenance for Tri-Springs Manufacturing. He attended Lighthouse Pentecostal Church. Phillip enjoyed art, and working on different items and he was an excellent mechanic.
He departed this life on July 30, 2014 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 40 years, 11 months and 5 days.
Phillip is survived by two sons, Cody and Tyler Franks, both of Shiloh, Tennessee
his grandmother, Dovie Franks of Savannah, Tennessee
