Phyllis Jeanette Risner Kelley Phyllis Jeanette Risner Kelley departed this life on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at her home in Olivehill, Tennessee at the age of 52 Years, 11 Months, 23 Days. She was born May 2, 1965 in Waynesboro, TN, the daughter of the late Lloyd Junior Risner and Beulah Pigg Risner Mattox.

Phyllis was a disabled factory worker and a member of the Church of God.

She is survived by her former husband, Terry Dewayne Kelley, Olive Hill, TN; son, Jonathan Dewayne Kelley, Savannah, TN; daughters, Terri Jeanette Davis, husband, DeJuan Ashton Davis and Emily Elizabeth Kelley all of Savannah, TN; grandchildren, Breanna and Brayden Davis; brothers, Floyd Risner, wife, Sheila, Cypress Inn, TN and Ricky Neil Risner, companion Darlene, Collinwood, TN; sisters, Jennie Marie Haddock, husband, Jerry, Collinwood, TN, Peggy Kelley, husband, Gene, Iron City, TN, Ruby Siddle,Waynesboro, TN, Judy Mangrum, Alabama and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by brothers, Freemon, Jerry, Jeffrey, Stanley and Travis Risner.

A memorial service will be Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 10:00 am at McGlamery Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Gene Kelley, officiating. At her request her body was cremated with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County assisting the family.
