Ralph Mullins

Ralph Mullins was born August 4, 1939 in Painville, West Virginia the son of the late Lens Lester and Virginia Callaway .He was united in marriage to Annie Howard on October 2, 1986. Mr. Mullins departed this life on November 7, 2009 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 70 Years, 3 Months, 3 Days. He is survived by his wife Annie Howard Mullins of Bethel Springs, TN; a daughter, Deanna Mullins; four sons, Nickie Howard, Jason Howard, Jeffrey Howard, Chester Mullins; a sister, Faye Moore of West Virginia; a brother, Madison Mullins of West Virginia; thirteen grandchildren, Amber Powell, River Howard, Breanna Howard, Angela Mullins, Devin Howard, Nichloas Howard, Distiny Howard, Cayden Mullins, Caylop Mullins, Shianna Howard, Dawton Davis, Dra Howard, Corey Howard.
