Mr. Howell passed away Monday, June 27, 2011 in Memphis.
The husband of Renae Howell, who survives, he was a self-employed painter, having been a painter for 36 years. Mr. Howell was born May 2, 1959 in Bolivar to Bonnie Howell of Pocahontas and the late Cecile Howell and lived in Memphis for several years. He was a member of Brint's Chapel Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, whom he married November 29, 1982 and his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Tiffany Howell of Pocahontas; and a son, Chris Howell of Pocahontas.
