Randy Devall was born in Highland, Illinois on August 3, 1955, the son of the late Donald and Emma JoAnn Thacker Cruthis.
On September 8, 1984, he was united in marriage to Pamela Davis, who survives.
Before moving to Savannah, Randy lived in Springfield, Illinois where he worked in small engine repair for Shaners Towing. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, tinkering in his garage, building things, and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.
Randy departed this life on Thursday, May 15, 2025 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 69 years, 9 months, and 12 days.
In addition to his wife of 40 years, Pam Devall, he is survived by his children, Christina Harris and her husband Casey, Corie Devall, and D.J. Devall; grandchildren, MacKenzie Harris, McKenna Harris, Charlotte Harris, DeLainey Harris, and Tyler Harris; and his sisters, Rhonda Sizemore, Jodie Campo, and Terri Ann DeWerff.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Jessica Devall.
