Reba Nell Wilbanks

Reba Nell Wilbanks of Lutts, TN was born December 30, 1939 in Hardin County, TN the daughter of the late William Talmage and Mollie Elizabeth Franks Stricklin. Mrs. Wilbanks died Saturday, October 17, 2015 at her home in Lutts, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 9 Months, 17 Days. She was a member of Lutts Methodist Church and a member of UMW. March 3, 1957 she was married to Robert D. Wilbanks and he preceded her in death August 22, 2013.

She is survived by two sons, Keith Wilbanks and wife Cindy of Lutts, TN and Chris Wilbanks and wife Gwen of Cypress Inn, TN, a daughter, Tammie Holt and husband Steve of Iron City, TN, five grandchildren, Deanna Bromley and husband Shawn, Jake Wilbanks and Shelby Wilbanks, Jordan Holt and Addison Holt, two great grandchildren, Wessen Bromley and Owen Bromley, a brother, Ray Stricklin of Decaturville, TN, two sisters, Mary Smith of Savannah, TN and Faye Holcombe of Florence, Al, nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Wilbanks was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cassie Wilbanks, brothers, Lloyd Franks, Eugene, Harold, and Herbert Stricklin.

Services will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Collinwood, Tennessee with Tommy Flood, Jake Wilbanks, and Chad Balentine officiating. Burial will follow in Lutts Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers are Keith Wilbanks, Chris Wilbanks, Steve Holt, Shawn Bromley, Jake Wilbanks, and Terry Joe Beckham. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00-9:00 PM and Tuesday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be given to Lutts United Methodist Church, Ladies in Pink, Butterfly Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
