Reggie Maurice Balentine

Reggie Maurice Balentine of Killen, AL was born October 5, 1954 in Mishawaka, IN, the son of the late James Edwin and Imogene Bell Balentine. Reggie was a carpenter by trade and a member of the Coon Hunters Association. He departed this life Monday, January 23, 2017 at his home at the age of 62 Years, 3 Months, 18 Days.

He is survived by a son, Joshua Reggie Balentine and wife, Heather and a grandson, Landyn Balentine all of Florence, AL; brothers, Edwin Balentine of Cypress Inn, TN, Carl Balentine of Athens, AL, Randall Balentine of Collinwood, TN; sisters, Patsy Balentine of Cloverdale, AL, Connie Isbell of Petersville, AL, Dottie Hensley of Collinwood, TN; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Balentine was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa White Balentine.

Graveside services will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Cypress Inn, Tennessee, with burial to follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be thirty minutes before the service at the graveside.
