Rheba Plunk

Rheba Plunk was born on June 3, 1926 in Crump, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Richard and Sadie Ray Benson Alexander.

On April 24, 1941, she was united in marriage to William Calvin Plunk, who preceded his wife in death on February 10, 1982.

Rheba enjoyed spending time working outside in her yard, gardening, and cooking. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandson. Prior to her retirement, Rheba worked in the assembly department at Aquaglass.

Rheba Plunk departed this life on July 4, 2024 in Paris, Tennessee at the age of 98 years, 1 month, and 1 day.

She is survived by her daughter, Loria Ann Plunk of Paris, Tennessee; brother, Herbert Hoover Alexander of Hayden, Alabama; and great grandson, Carson Dean White.

In addition to her husband and parents, Rheba was preceded in death by her sons, William Calvin Plunk, Jr. and Ronnie Neal Plunk; sister, Hazel Ray Anderson; brother, William Halle Alexander and B.A. Alexander; and grandchildren, Richard Calvin Plunk and Jana Renae Plunk White.
