Rhoda G. Phillips

Rhoda G. Phillipswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on March 25, 1925 the daughter of the late Benjamin Gilbert and Ina Mae Singleton Green.She was united in marriage to Charles Thomas (Shorty) Phillips, who preceded her in death on July 2, 2003.Mrs. Phillips had worked for General Electric for several years. She loved to do yard work and watching soap operas. She was a member of the Savannah Church of Christ.Mrs. Phillips departed this life on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the age of 85 years, 10 months, 23 days.She is survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Charles Eric Phillips.
