Richard Marion Kelley

Richard Marion Kelley, Iron City, TN, was born March 19, 1952 in Waynesboro, TN, the son of Pauline Rich Kelley Holt, Collinwood, TN, who survives and the late Hubert Charles (Cotton) Kelley.

Mr. Kelley was a retired policeman for the City of Detroit and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Loretto, Tennessee. He departed this life Friday, March 24, 2017 at his home at the age of 65 Years, 5 Days.

Other than his mother, he is survived by his wife, Deborah Ann Collins Kelley, Iron City, TN; sons, Brian Kelley and Michael Kelley, Sr. both of St. Clair Shores, MI; grandchildren, Michael, Jr., Lucas, Lauren, Brendan and Grace Kelley; brother, Charles Ray Kelley, Waterloo, AL; sisters, Patricia Bunkoske, Stockbridge, MI, Betty Kelley, Denton, GA, Debbie Rutallie, Harrison Township, MI; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be Monday, March 27, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Wesley Franklin officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be Monday, March 27, 2017 from 11 am until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Dan Rich, Bobby Rich, Gary Kelley, James Kelley, Charlie Kelley and Alex Kyle.
