Richard E. Noe, age 56, of Bolivar, passed away Sunday morning, December 11, 2016 at Bolivar General Hospital.
The husband of Regina Lyle Noe, who survives, he was the owner/operator of Easterling Pest Control for almost 4 years, having worked there for 12 years. He was born September 1, 1960 in Shelby County, son of the late James Richard Noe and Elizabeth Ann Culver Noe and grew up around the Moscow area, moving here in 1977. He was a 1978 graduate of Bolivar Central High School and ran several businesses, including Richard's Furniture for over 25 years. He enjoyed rabbit hunting, eating with the "Men's Breakfast Club" and going to yard sales and auctions, often going hours out of his way to attend these. Anyone that knew Richard was aware that he was able to talk to anyone and knew of his ability to sell anything to anyone. He held his greatest love for his family. He was a member of Brint's Chapel Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, whom he married on June 23, 2005, survivors include five daughters, Tabitha Arnold (Joey) of Henderson, Rachel Noe Jeter (Jeremy) of Bolivar, Charity Noe Howell (Stephen) of Middleton, Hannah Noe Swift (Moose) of Bolivar and Lydia Noe Hubbard (Chris) of Dyersburg; a son, Alan Lyle (Shelby) of Jacks Creek; nineteen grandchildren, who were the light of his life, Caleb, Tyler and Isabella Arnold, Drey, Isaac and Ashton Jeter, Blake, Bo and Sally Anne Howell, Kaynon & Sadie Grace Swift, Lane Stewart and Annabelle Hubbard, Madison, Maddie, Sydney, Hailey, Brooklyn and Brooklynn Lyle, and two special friends who were like sons to him, Nathan Parker and Caleb Frey; and a friend who was like a brother, Danny Farris. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Renee' Mullins in 2015. The family requests memorial contributions in his name be made to the Bolivar Lions Club or the Bolivar Central Quarterback Club.
