Rick Trimm was born on May 29, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the late James Eugene and Betty Charline Eatmon Trimm.
On August 7, 2004, he was united in marriage to Cendi Bell, who survives.
Growing up, Rick was a member of The Wonderers Car Club with his neighborhood friends. He later worked in construction. Mr. Trimm was an excellent floor layer and did all types of remodeling. He was a talented artist and liked to draw and paint everything from boogie boards to large hand saws. Rick also enjoyed riding motorcycles.
Rick Trimm departed this life on Monday, January 12, 2026 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 64 years, 7 months, and 14 days.
He is survived by his wife, Cendi Trimm of Adamsville, Tennessee; daughters, April Lyn Trimm and Tara Ann Trimm (Oscar Mata), both of Chicago, Illinois; stepsons, Jordan Hora (Vanesa Rodriguez) and Jathan Hora, both of Nashville, Tennessee; sisters, Rebecca Aday (Andy) of Iuka, Mississippi and Judy Allessi (Mark) of Elgin, Illinois; brother, Paul Edward Trimm (Cindy) of Sikeston, Missouri; brother in law, Jeff Bell (Alesha) of Michie, Tennessee; grandchildren, Oscar Mata, Nathan Mata, Kaeli Mata, Briella Mata, and Nolan Mata; step grandchild, Nicholas Rodriguez; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Dale Trimm; nephews, Eric James Capps and Charlie Trimm; father in law, David Bell; and mother in law, Debbie Bell.
