Mr. Rickey Wayne Cook departed this life on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at St. Thomas West HMospital in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 61 Years, 9 Months, 2 Days. He was born August 4, 1956 in Hohenwald, TN the son of the late Malcolm Gene and Thelma Mae Brewer Cook.
Rickey, had worked at Hassell and Hughes lumber company and a member of the Burns Chapel Church.
He is survived by brother, Danny Cook, wife Tracy, Iron City, TN., sisters, , Wanda Horton, husband G W, Savannah, TN., Donna Garland, husband Jerry, Lawrenceburg, TN. and Vickey Daniel, husband Mitchell, Collinwood, TN.
several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Rickey was preceded in death by brother, Carey Gene Cook.
Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 3:00 PM at McCall Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangments.
